• Role: Construction Site Superintendent

My client is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join their dynamic Construction Team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for completing high-end Residential (Condominiums) and Commercial projects.

General Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in Project Management and Site Supervision
• Strong managerial, leadership and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects of moderate scope and complexity within the required timeline
• Ability to manage in-house crews and subcontractors
• Ability to resource and organize material scheduling
• Ensures attention to Safety procedures and policies and Quality Assurance
• Demonstrate competent computer skills, experience using MS Project
• Sound knowledge of submittals, RFI’s, drawings, change orders, punch lists and closeouts
• Clean police record and valid driver’s license
• Current/former experience of delivering projects in the Caribbean.
